IMMEX Program
The IMMEX program allows the temporarily import of goods to be used in the production, transformation or repair of product for their subsequent export or provision of export services, without paying the general import tax, the VAT and, when appropriate, the countervailing duties.

IMMEX Program. When services are provided to export goods or export services are provided, only for the development of activities determined by the Ministry, and with the prior approval of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

Raw materials, parts, and components to be used in the manufacturing of export products: fuels, lubricants, and other materials that are going to be consumed during the production process of the export goods, like containers, and packaging, labels, and brochures.
Containers, and trailer boxes
Machines, equipment, tools, instruments, molds, and spare parts:
Machinery, equipment, tools, instruments, molds and spare parts for the pollution control equipment and devices; for research or training, industrial security, telecommunications and computing, laboratory, measurement, product testing and quality control; as well as those involved in the handling of materials directly related to export goods and others linked to the production process; Equipment for administrative development.
