GENDER EQUALITY POLICIES

At Grupo Cargoquin we are committed to the promotion of the human rights in the workplace, as well as to give equal opportunities to men and women. We provide access to employment and training free of all sorts of discrimination (discrimination based on race, gender, physical condition, beliefs, religion, financial condition, and sexual preferences is prohibited). Our actions are oriented to prevent, eradicate, and punish all sexual harassment, violence or any inappropriate conduct, promoting a healthy environment and harmonious work conditions, at the same time we encourage a work-home balance for our employees.

All the above in compliance with the Gender Equality Model (MEDG:2012), the regulations on the Mexican Institute for Women (INMUJERES), and the Model for Social Responsibility Management developed in our work centers.
